Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company is closed from February 03, 2014 to February 12, 2014 (both days inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results by the Company.
