Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, appointed Shri Devraj Govind Raj as Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director) of the Company with immediate effect i.e. from May 30, 2016.
