The Company has appointed Mr. Jitendra Parihar (Membership No. A40734), Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 08th March, 2023, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
