We refer to the provisions of Regulation 30 (Schedule III, Part A, Clause A) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and wish to inform you that the Nineteenth meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Videocon Industries Limited and other 12 Videocon group companies, having a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 through video conferencing at 12.00 noon, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.<BR> <BR> This is a Pre Facto intimation of the meeting of the consolidated committee of creditors.<BR>
