III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, Board Meeting of our Company was held on Monday, 08.11.21 at 11:30 a.m., and concluded at 1:15 p.m. wherein following business was inter-alia transacted:<BR> 1. Considered and approved, the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended Sept 30, 2021 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended Sept 30, 2021 as prescribed under reg 33 of the LODR Regulations.<BR> 2. Considered and taken on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended Sept 30, 2021.<BR> 3. Declared first interim dividend of Re. 0.40/- (Rupee Forty Paisa) per share i.e. @ 40% per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each for the FY 2021-22.<BR> 4. Appointed Ms. Priyanka Soni (Mem No ACS 63701) as Whole-time Company Secretary & designated as Compliance Officer and KMP of the Company.
