Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Directors, Officers, Designated Persons, Insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependants and family members shall remain closed from Sunday, January 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours, after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 become generally available.
