Vijay Shanthi Builders Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Suresh Kumar, Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation to Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on November 13, 2014 and the Board also accepted the same with immediate effect.
