In compliance of provisions of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the newspaper copies of the Mint (English Daily) and Business Remedies (Hindi Daily) both dated 14th November, 2020, in which the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020, have been published. The aforesaid results have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13th November, 2020.
