Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'Listing Regulations') read with Part A of Schedule III to Listing Regulations, we wish to bring your kind attention that Mrs. Jyoti Rajput (ACS- 30603), Company Secretary of the Company, has resigned from the Company w.e.f. 14th February, 2023 as carried out in the meeting of Board of Directors held on the above said date. Further, we wish to bring your kind attention that company in its board meeting held on 14th of February, 2023, appointed Mrs. Nida Khatoon (ACS- 70498) as Company Secretary of the Company who shall hold office with immediate effect .
