Vikas Proppant & Granite Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in reference to the Clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by the BSE Limited vide Circular Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, this is to be inform you that trading window for dealing in the equity shares of Vikas Proppant & Granite Limited by the insiders shall remain closed from with immediate effect till the end of forty- eight hours from the date of declaration of results for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2022.
