This is to inform you that a petition under section 230-232 of the companies act, 2013 being CP CAA)/51 (AHM) 2023 was presented before NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench for sanctioning the scheme of arrangement for demerger of Vikram Thermo (India) Limited into Vikram Aroma Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors. The said petition has been accepted and is fixed for hearing before the Bench on 18.01.2024.
