Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we have received information from our registrar & transfer agents (Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd.) regarding loss / theft of share certificates and request for issue of duplicate share certificates. We have initiated the procedure to issue shares in dematerialized form with respect to the aforesaid investor request for issue duplicate share certificate.
