VIKRAM THERMO (INDIA) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Kindly note that pursuant to clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well in terms of Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, notice is hereby given that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relative. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course. Further the insiders/designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the above mentioned period of closure of trading window.
