Vinati Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 04, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from January 30, 2017 to February 06, 2017 (both days inclusive).
