Vineet Laboratories Ltd - Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

Pursuant to Regulation 24A (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have submitted with both the Stock Exchanges on May 28, 2024 the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report issued by a Practicing Company Secretary for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024. However, because of a misprint in the UDIN mentioned on the report, we are hereby submitting the same report (with no changes in the contents from the already filed one on May 28, 2024). The UDIN is specific to Practicing Company Secretary''s profession and does not in anyway relate to the Company.
