Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Ms. Nisaba Godrej (DIN: 00591503) vide letter dated 3rd June, 2024, has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 3rd June, 2024. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular bearing Ref.
