Vipul Dye Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Dr. S. N. Sahai as Whole time Director for a further period of one year w.e.f. April 01, 2014 till March 31, 2015 subject to approval of members and re-designated him as Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
