Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading of the Company''s Securities by the Designated Persons (and their immediate Relatives) of the Company , as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) please note that the "Trading Window" (i.e. period to deal in the Company''s shares) shall remain closed from 1 January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the nine month and Quarter ending 31 December 2019.
