Visagar Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2014, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the following:<br/><br/>- Final Dividend of Re. 0.10 per share being 10% on 16,786,400 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the Members.
