Visco Trade Associates Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform that the Trading Window for purchasing/ selling or dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 for Directors, Promoters, Material Subsidiaries of the Company, Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives in terms of SEBI(PIT) Reg, 2015. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the FY ending 31st March, 2024.
