With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 16, 2014 wherein the Company has informed Mr. Karun Jain, Executive Director had resigned from the Company, Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Karun Jain after having served the notice period has been relieved from his duties as Executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of business on January 14, 2014.
