Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Jimitkumar Dilipkumar Sanghvi (DIN: 02978329) vide letter dated 20/01/2024, has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director (Non-executive Director) of the Company, w.e.f. 20/01/2024, due to his other pre-occupancy. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 r.w. Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circulars issued in this regards, are attached as Annexure-I. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Jimitkumar Dilipkumar Sanghvi is attached herewith as Annexure-II. You are requested to take the aforesaid on records.
