Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Aditi (ACS: 55285) vide letter dated 02/02/2024, has tendered her resignation as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company, w.e.f. 02/02/2024, due to her personal reasons. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 r.w. Schedule III- Part A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circulars issued in this regards are attached as Annexure-I and letter of resignation received from her is attached herewith Annexure-II.
