Vivaa Tradecom Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company for designated persons/ insiders covered under the Code of Conduct shall remain close from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2024, will be intimated separately.
