Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Srinivas Chidambaram, Non-Independent and Non- executive Director (Nominee Director) has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect vide his letter dated December 16, 2015 (received on December 17, 2015). At the next Board meeting of the Company, the same will be placed for formal acceptance of the same.
