Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors on December 02, 2013 vide Circular Resolutions have approved/Resolved/Taken Note of the following :<br/><br/>1. Subject to the Approval of shareholders in General Meeting to increase the Borrow/ing Powers of the Board from Rs. 500(Five Hundred) Crore to Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) Crore.<br/><br/>2.
