Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company Secretary of the Company, Ms. Archana Dubey tendered her resignation vide letter dated April 04, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company relived her from her responsibilities by effective close of business hours on April 11, 2014.<br/><br/>Further consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Archana Dubey also ceased to be the compaliance officer of the Company.
