Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2013, inter alia, has appointed Ms. Archana Dubey as the whole time Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. September 20, 2013.
