Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by Directors, Promoters, Members of Promoter Group, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2022.
