VOLTAS LTD. - 70Th Annual General Meeting

Further to our letter dated 7th May, 2024, we wish to inform that the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10th July, 2024 at 3.00 p.m. by Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual Means. 2. In compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, we hereby inform that Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 26th June, 2024 to Wednesday, 10th July, 2024, both days inclusive, for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 70th Annual General Meeting and dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2024. 3. As earlier informed, the Board has recommended dividend of 550% (Rs.5.50 per share of Re.1 each) for 2023-24, subject to approval of the shareholders at the 70th AGM. The dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and shall be paid on or after 15th July, 2024.
