Appointment of P B & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (COP:25291 and Membership No. 36114) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2023-24. ii. Resignation of M/s. Vimal Dixit & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No. 008805C) as Internal Auditor of the Company. iii. Appointment of M/s ANDROS & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn.
