Vuenow Infratech Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of InsiderTrading Regulation),2015 the Trading window of the company shall be closed from 5th April,2024 till 48 hours after the Completion of Board Meeting for declaration of dividend.
