VULCAN ENGINEERS LTD. - Change of Name of the Company

Vulcan Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that Members of Vulcan Engineers Limited had approved the change in the name of the Company from "Vulcan Engineers Limited" to "Terruzzi Fercalx India Limited" through postal ballot; the result of which was announced on August 19, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies, Pune and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation, pursuant to change of name to "Terruzzi Fercalx India Limited" on September 01, 2014.
