Vulcan Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following business:<br/><br/>- Resignation of Mr. Massimo Ferracci as an Independent Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from August 14, 2014.
