Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the sale of shares of it''s Material Subsidiary Company, Madhav (Sehora Silodi Corridor) Highways Private Limited, upon obtaining approval from it''s Shareholders vide Postal Ballot concluded on March 13, 2024.
