Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Bard of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Partner, please note that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated persons (as defined in the code) from 1st April, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The Trading Window shall open after 48 Hours of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2024 become generally available.
