Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons from 1st July, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The trading Window shall open after 48 Hours of the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 become generally available.
