Wanbury Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, had appointed Mr. Jitendra J. Gandhi as Compliance Officer of the Company who has joined as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 20, 2015.
