Welspun Corp Ltd has submitted to BSE the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to Regulation 8(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 which was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2015 and is effective from May 15, 2015.
