Kindly be informed that the trading window shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, inter-alia, the approval of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2023, would be considered by the Board.
