We wish to inform that, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all Designated Persons are advised to not involve in any transactions of dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.<BR>
