Welspun Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Company has issued certificate for change of name of the Company from Welspun Projects Limited to Welspun Enterprises Limited.<BR><BR>The change of name of the Company from Welspun Projects Limited to Welspun Enterprises Limited was sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, at Ahmedabad as part of Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement.
