With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 05, 2012 regarding the extension of the 12th Annual General Meeting till November 15, 2012, Welspun Global Brands Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has received the necessary approval from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat under Section 166(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 for further extension of time for holding the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company up to December 31, 2012.
