Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the standalone as well as consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from October 29, 2014 to November 06, 2014.
