With reference to the earlier letter dated October 12, 2015 regarding Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window, Welspun India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on October 20, 2015 will consider proposal to declare interim dividend on equity shares for financial year 2015-16.
