Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated persons/Connected persons of the company from Tuesday , 1st October, 2024 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024. The due date of the Board meeting for declaration of the financial results of the company for 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 will be intimated in due course.
