WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2014.
