WeWork India Management Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., December 9, 2025, has, subject to the approval of Members by way of Special Resolution, considered and approved the alteration of the existing Articles of Association of the Company by amending Article 130 and inserting a new Article 130A.
