In accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation 2015 , and amendment thereof the Trading window shall remain close w.e.f 1 April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of financial result for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2024.
