In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from April 01, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
